juice is a multifaceted health supplement if ever there was one. In researching this product I have gotten more highs and lows from the information I’ve read than from any other nutritional supplement I’ve encountered to date. There is a roller coaster of opinions with not nearly enough personal experience from those expressing opinions. So after I read my fill, I decided to try the product for myself as well as go to a site known as pubmed to get what I consider to be a more unbiased view of the product.
The product comes in blended juice form.It consists of mangosteen, (also called the Queen of fruits) and various other juices and sold as a dietary health supplement. The fruit is grown in parts of Southeast Asia as well as Central and South America. This is a tropical fruit that is slightly smaller than a medium size orange with plum like color.
This tropical fruit is said to have been utilized for nutritional and healing purposes for centuries among native cultures. One of the primary properties that the mangosteen fruit is supposed to possess is the ability to fight free radicals. The fruit contains a host of antioxitants including; xanthenes, proanthocyanidins and catechins which are powerful free radical-fighting agents. Free radicals are unstable molecules that damage health molecules. The free radicals attack on the healthy molecules each day is enormous and can be linked to many diseases causing ailments.

In summation, this is a very exciting dietary supplement that is worth looking into. I am currently taking this supplement and I have noticed a reduction in inflammation and pain in my knees and other joints. It seems to have a positive effect on my overall mood and wellbeing.
